About the Book :
This book dealing with the dark side of leadership was to some degree prompted by the proliferation of significant leadership failures that came to the knowledge of the authors during the last two decades of the twentieth century. The book however is of a general nature and deals with the average individual and his foibles. The authors McIntosh and Rima emphasize that potential and present leaders must be educated and their awareness increased about the darker side of such leaders. It is their claim that moral failures can be avoided by learning to deal with the dark side of one's personal life. This increased awareness of and ways to overcome such problems can be extended to cover all walks of life. A sincere effort to inculcate moral and spiritual values in community leaders which can be emulated.
